Kate Hammeke is Chief Executive Officer of Industry Standard Research (ISR), where she leads the firm’s strategic vision, research innovation, and client partnerships across the biopharmaceutical services industry. With more than twenty years of experience in cross- industry market research—including 17 years focused on CDMO and CRO market intelligence—Kate is recognized for helping organizations translate complex data into clear, actionable strategy. Kate became CEO in January 2024 after leading ISR’s contract manufacturing market research division, where she played a central role in shaping the company’s manufacturing syndicated and custom research offerings. In her current role, she oversees ISR’s full research portfolio, guiding studies that shape industry benchmarks and inform critical decision-making for drug innovators and contract manufacturers globally. Prior to joining ISR, Kate held senior marketing intelligence roles, including Director of Marketing Intelligence at Nice Insight, where she contributed to the growth of a leading life sciences research practice. Over the course of her career, she has led custom research initiatives for more than 50 Fortune 500 brands and authored more than 100 articles on pharmaceutical outsourcing, market dynamics, and industry trends, establishing her as a trusted voice in the life sciences market research community.
