The goal of this report is to help contract manufacturers’ sales and marketing departments understand where outsourcers go to learn about the biopharmaceutical industry and why. CDMOs and CMOs can use these data to help inform their sales and marketing efforts to obtain a better return on their marketing investment.
ISR surveyed 151 respondents from pharmaceutical companies that actively outsource manufacturing activities to CDMOs and CMOs. Respondents were screened to ensure they have decision-making responsibility for outsourced manufacturing activities and influence over service provider selection.
Biopharmaceutical sponsors will also benefit from this information by understanding the value peers place on specific activities that help inform their service provider selection process.
